Why use the Golden Spiral Practice?
When life looms large, our natural energetic inclination is to collapse our energy field and hold our boundaries close. It is as if we are saying, “No! I can’t take one more thing.” We naturally reduce the amount of space around us so that nothing else can reach us.
About Space & Inspiration
In this Self-Healing Spiral Practice, you will be guided energetically to open your energy system back up in a safe and Divinely supported guided experience.
When I first learned about this practice, my mentor told me that it is like taking everything out of your purse, dumping it out, and then putting everything back in one at a time. This practice not only opens your energy system, but it helps loose energies find their place and re-grounds you in a more palatable “right now.”
In this practice, you are also intentionally opening to Divine guidance and inspiration. Just as you might open your arms to a loved one saying “come here,” this practice allows you to open again to Divine Guidance and holds a safe container for you to spend in that space receiving messages, healing, and inspiration.
What is this practice?
This is a professionally recorded guided energetic practice that will help you create the space for healthy boundaries, healing, and Divine guidance and balance your energy system.
There is a short guided preparation and the Golden Spiral practice in a shorter and longer format.
There are two versions of this practice available in this offering. They vary in time to allow you a deeper, longer practice when it is needed and shorter one when laying down for a longer time isn’t an option.
Preparation (2:53): This is a separate track that guides you in a short preparation to settle yourself. (When you don’t need it, you don’t need to fast forward, just skip it easily.)
The Short Practice (23:09): After being guided to open the sacred spiral of your energy system, enjoy 5 minutes of open space (with beautiful music) for healing, sacred conversation with Greater Spirit or self. A short transition to close the spiral and return more resourced to your day follows.
The Long Practice (28:16): After being guided to open the sacred spiral of your energy system, enjoy 10 minutes of open space (with beautiful music) for healing, sacred conversation with Greater Spirit or self. A short transition to close the spiral and return more resourced to your day follows.
