I’m here to hold a sacred mirror to help us see what might be hidden, offer resource where needed, and support you living from your authentic self, speaking your truth, offering yourself fully to the world.

Together, we’ll help you regain your grounding, settle your nervous system, and allow you to flow in life grounded between your body, your Hara and your Spirit.

As a highly trained spiritual mentor and natural energy healer, I specialize in identifying and transforming dis-serving patterns that keep you from living fully. These patterns might show up as looping thoughts, emotional heaviness, or limiting beliefs that have woven themselves into your energy system.

Healing is not about erasing your story; it’s about loosening the grip of these old energetic imprints so that your system can return to balance and freedom. Through our work, worry, anxiety, and constriction begin to release, making room for peace, wholeness, and authenticity.

During our sessions, we’ll focus on treating the whole person, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. Together, we’ll listen to the forces that shape your life, even those rooted in early-life programs, ancestral inheritances, or past-life experiences, and tend to the deeper foundation of your healing.

Our work together will be gentle, creative, and empowering. Mystery, miracles, art, and wonder are all essential components of healing, along with energetic resources and education offered at a pace and time that is relevant and not overwhelming.

Next Steps

Free Consultation. Let’s begin with a free 30-minute consultation to connect.
We’ll explore what prompted your healing inquiry and determine whether we’re a good fit. Finding the right practitioner is essential, and if it isn’t me, I’ll gladly refer you to someone better suited.
Foundation Consultation. If we decide to move forward, we’ll begin with a New Client Foundation Consultation, a two-hour session focused on identifying and re-patterning the core energetic issue. Most clients experience a significant breakthrough in their first session, though additional work may sometimes be needed.
After Care and Integration. Following your Foundation Session, you’ll receive a few days of secure text and email support to help you integrate the healing work. This ongoing communication allows for questions, reflections, and continuity of care.
Create Plan. Together, we’ll design a personalized healing path. Some clients continue with mentorship, schedule quarterly follow-up sessions, join a live clinic for hara-based self-care. Others prefer to be in community and join the Grounding Circle or a course. Our path will emerge naturally and in alignment with what serves you best.

My ultimate goal is to help you experience a resilient, grounded sense of self-love and a life where you feel at home in your body and inspired by your connection to Spirit.

Foundation Consultations

New Client Foundation Consultation (2 Hours)

The intention of this session is to provide a new energetic foundation as you navigate this miraculous and sometimes challenging experience called life.

Prior to our meeting, you’ll complete a simple intake form. This becomes our map—using the details of your story to illuminate patterns and set a baseline for our work.

During the session, I’ll listen through all the ways I see, sense, and experience energy to help connect the pieces of your energetic puzzle.

I’ll track sensations in both our bodies (even at a distance), interpret the metaphors within your energy field, and assess flow through your Hara and chakra systems to identify what needs to shift.

In this session, you will receive:

Energetic Assessment of the energy patterns during our in-session evaluation
Intuitive Reading of root causes (current life, ancestral, or past life)
Hara-based Energy Repatterning Treatment
Integration Plan and one week of post-session text or email support

How do you conduct your sessions?

For clients outside North Carolina, I primarily work via Zoom. I also offer in-person sessions, in-home healing, and multi-day intensives.

My office is located north of Hillsborough, NC, near Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
