Welcome from my heart...

First, before I tell you a little about what potentials await you here, I want to acknowledge your time is precious and your energy is sacred; thank you for spending a few minutes with me here.

For over 17 years, I have cultivated a rich and diverse landscape for healing. My job in our healing partnership is to create, maintain, evolve and hold a space rich with insight, resource, and gifts so that you can connect with self-love and rediscover wellness through loving yourself back to wholeness.

Born as a gifted intuitive and healer, I offer myself in service of your healing with a deep well of resources. Being an engineer for 12 years, our working together is supported by my dedication to understanding "how things work" and employing bio-field scientific assessments and therapeutics to enhance our healing inquiry and protocols.

My approach differs from mainstream medicine, as I believe in treating the whole person - your body, mind, soul and bio-field - not just the symptoms or discord that you are struggling with. I'll listen to all of the forces at play - even those from lifetimes ago or early-life programs, to surface the foundation of your issue.

I’m here to hold a sacred mirror to help us see what might be hidden, offer resource where needed, and support you coming back home to the fullness of your self - aka - your grounding.

Your sessions with me will be gentle, creative, and empowering. We’ll incorporate mystery, miracles, art, and wonder into our healing journey, along with energetic resources, bio-energetic therapeutics, and education.

I have over 6 years of dedicated trauma-informed training which allows us to with the intersection of your nervous and energy systems to create lasting and freeing changes in your body, your mind and your soul.

Most of my clients come to me feeling under-resourced, disconnected, and generally disconnected from their true potential and essence. They may have beliefs about themselves or physical issues that dim their light and diminish their grounding. Many of these patterns have been around for as long as they can remember, and they have no idea how they came to be. Some have ideas about where these patterns come from, while others believe they started with an illness or an accident. However, we often find the roots of these patterns to be more profound than they initially thought.
